We know there's still a lot of uncertainty due to the COVID-19 pandemic, so we'll continue to provide support to help ease some of the financial challenges you may be experiencing. Here are some of our support and relief measures.

We support the implementation of the Republic Act (RA) No. 11494 or the Bayanihan to Recover as One Act.
All RCBC Bankard cardholders whose accounts are current, existing and with outstanding balance as of September 15, 2020 are eligible to avail of a one-time, 60-day grace period for principal and/or interest/fees falling due from September 15 to November 15, 2020, without incurring interest on interest, penalties, fees, or other charges. We’ve made purchase conversion so much easier and with lower rates.
Continue using your RCBC Bankard for all your needs, including utility bills payment, and convert your transactions in easy installments via Unli 0% and Unli Installment conveniently using the RCBC Online Banking App. Effective November 1, 2020, purchase conversions will only be processed online so we’ve reduced the rates for Unli Installment availment via the App so you can fully enjoy its convenience - enjoy a super low rate of 0.89% per month starting November 3, 2020.

Manage your cash flow with the Bayanihan Balance Conversion Relief Program.
We'd like to help ease the payment for your RCBC Bankard dues through the Bayanihan Balance Conversion Program. You can stretch payment for your Outstanding Balance for up to 36 months in low rates and you may also choose to defer the payment for the 1st monthly amortization to up to 9 months. Stay connected, stay protected.

Our Fraud Team reaches out if there are suspicious transactions and sends SMS/email reminders on how we can jointly protect your accounts. Reach out to us if you need to update your contact information. We’d also like to request you to be vigilant in protecting your account. Do not respond to emails or SMS that intend to get your personal and/or card information. In addition, never divulge your 3-digit CVV/CVC and do not share your One-Time Password (OTP) with anyone. Together, let’s ensure that your RCBC Bankard is kept secure.
