  2. The Promotion is open to all cardholders of RCBC Bankard Mastercard credit cards issued in the Philippines. Corporate cards are excluded from participation in the Promotion.
  3. To qualify in the Promotion, qualified cardholders must make a minimum overseas purchase of US$100 (or its foreign currency equivalent) in a single receipt with their RCBC Bankard Mastercard card. Every US$100 (or its foreign currency equivalent) earns one (1) electronic raffle entry. “Overseas purchase/s” means payment transactions in merchants (including online merchants) outside the geographical borders of the Philippines.
  4. Internet purchases from online merchants overseas (that is, outside the geographical borders of the Philippines) are considered overseas purchases for the purposes of this Promotion and are thus qualified for the Promotion on the same terms and conditions as an overseas purchase.
  5. The following charges are excluded from the Promotion: (a) card fees/annual fee charges; (b) interest charges; (c) cash disbursements; (d) cash advances and ATM withdrawals; (e) balance transfer and balance transfer charges; (f) loans and other miscellaneous fees and recurring payments.
  6. At the end of the Promotion Period, Mastercard shall assign electronic raffle numbers to all qualified transactions whereby every overseas transaction equivalent to US$100 shall be assigned one (1) raffle number for a chance to win in the raffle draw.
  7. Overseas purchases of more than US$100 (or its foreign currency equivalent) in a single receipt will be computed into multiples of US$100 and will be entitled to the corresponding number of electronic raffle entries. Denominations in excess that is less than US$100 will not be eligible for any electronic raffle entry. For example, an overseas purchase of US$364 in a single receipt will be entitled to three (3) electronic raffle entries.Receipts cannot be combined.
  8. There will be one (1) raffle draw, with ten (10) winners drawn from the Mastercard database of valid entries/qualified transactions the end of the Promotion Period.
  9. The raffle draw will be held at Mastercard Philippines’ office on July 31, 2018 at 4:00pm, in the presence of a DTI representative.

  5. Cardholders will be notified on the result of validation through SMS within 15 working days from date of online redemption. For valid redemption,  an email conformation will be sent to cardholder that includes unique redemption code, merchant name and expirty date.
  6. Cardholders can only redeem once throughout the promo period.
  7. To claim the free The SM Store gift pass, cardholder must present and surrender a printed colored copy of redemption voucher at his/her preferred participating branch. The SM Store shall not be deemed liable for any fraudulent redemption, such as but not limited to, multiple redemption using replicate redemption voucher.
  8. The free The SM Store gift pass cannot be exchanged for cash or rewards points, and not for sale.
  9. In case of dispute with respect to the cardholder’s eligibility, coverage of the promo dates, fulfillment, etc., RCBC Bankard’s decision shall be conclusive. All questions or disputes regarding the cardholder’s eligibility for the promo or for any redemption shall be resolved by RCBC Bankard with prior approval from DTI.

PROMO MECHANICS

  1. The promo is open to all existing RCBC Bankard Principal and Supplementary cardholders whose accounts are active and current and in good credit standing, excluding Dollar & Corporate Cards.
  2. Promo runs from April 10 to June 30, 2018. Redemption period is until August 31, 2018.
  3. To qualify, a cardholder must make a minimum single-receipt purchase of P3,000 with his/her RCBC Bankard within the promo period at any SM Supermarket, SM Hypermarket or Savemore Market.
  4. For each qualified charge slip, RCBC Bankard cardholders can redeem one (1) Pringles Cheesy Cheese 110g OR Hershey’s Kisses Classic Milk Chocolate 36g.
  5. Cardholders may redeem their freebies at the Redemption Booth located within the SM Supermarket, SM Hypermarket or Savemore Market, where the valid purchase was made.
  6. To redeem, the cardholder must present his/her RCBC Bankard and surrender the original credit card charge slip (Customer copy) for proper validation at the SM Supermarket, SM Hypermarket or Savemore Market Redemption Booth. Cardholder information and transaction details on the charge slip must match those on the RCBC Bankard credit card presented and must comply with the promo mechanics.
  7. Redeemed charge slip/s will be surrendered to SM Supermarket, SM Hypermarket or Savemore Market Redemption Booth and may not be used for other promotional offers. Cardholders may opt to photocopy their charge slip/s prior to redemption for their personal file or request for a duplicate copy from the outlet where their transaction was made, free of charge.
  8. By participating in the promo, the cardholder agrees to voluntarily surrender the valid original customer copy of his/her charge slip/s o SM Supermarket, SM Hypermarket or Savemore Market upon redemption of one (1) Pringles Cheesy Cheese 110g OR Hershey’s Kisses Classic Milk Chocolate 36g. Neither RCBC Bankard nor SM Markets is liable to return the surrendered charge slips or produce copies for the cardholder’s records.
  9. Splitting of single-receipt card transaction is not allowed and will be deemed fraudulent.
  10. There is no limit on the number of redemptions as long as the charge slips are qualified.
  11. Authorized representatives are not allowed to redeem.
  12. RCBC Bankard reserves the right to charge the prorated cost of the redeemable product to the cardholder’s RCBC Bankard should the latter cancel the qualifying transaction, or if the cardholder’s redemption is found to be fraudulent.
  13. RCBC Bankard shall not replace lost, stolen or faded charge slips.
  14. Unreadable and/or duplicate charge slips will not be acceptable for redemption.
  15. The freebies cannot be exchanged for cash, rewards points or other products and cannot be availed of in conjunction with other ongoing promotions of RCBC Bankard & SM Markets.
  16. Any dispute concerning the free products shall be settled directly between the cardholder and SM Markets.
  17. Redemption period is until 60 days from end of the promo period.

  5. RCBC Bankard Easyterms 0% Installment is subject to RCBC Bankard’s approval. Retail purchases prior to the promo period will continue to incur interest charges at the applicable monthly interest rate.
  6. Installment is subject to bank approval and is only valid if monthly dues are paid in full.
  7. Only Sony products are available  at Sony Gadget Stores and Sony Centre by Avid branches.

Easyterms 0% interest Installment and Buy Now Pay Later

  1. Easyterms 0% interest is applicable if the cardholder pays his/her monthly installment in full.
  2. RCBC Bankard Easytems 0% Installment is subject to RCBC Bankard’s approval.
  3. RCBC Bankard credit cardholders have the option to charge their 0% installment transaction on Buy Now Pay Later “BNPL” scheme wherein the first monthly amortization will be posted to the cardholder’s third cut-off date.
  4. Easyterms 0% installment merchant partners have the sole discretion over the term/s, item/s, minimum spend requirement and availability of BNPL applicable for the 0% interest offering.
  5. If cardholder decides to pay the installment plan in full before maturity, a pre-termination fee of Php500.00 or 5% of the unpaid principal amount, whichever is higher, will be charged.

  1. The promo is open to all RCBC Bankard principal credit cardholder of any of the following cards:Visa, Mastercard, JCB, and Union Pay Classic, Gold, Platinum, Diamond and World RCBC Bankard, and whose accounts are active and in good credit standing as determined by the bank at the time of participation in the Promo.   2. RAFFLE DRAW AND PRIZES

  1. Raffle entries will be electronically-generated.

  3. Winner will be drawn via electronic raffle system.
  4. The raffle draw will be held on May 28, 2018, 5:00pm at RCBC Bankard’s office located at 30/F Robinsons Equitable Tower, ADB Avenue corner Poveda St., Ortigas Center Pasig City.
  5. The raffle draw will be witnessed by RCBC Bankard and Department of Trade and Industry (DTI) representatives.
  6. RCBC Bankard reserves the right, in concurrence with DTI, to reject a participant if he/she is unable to comply with the conditions set out in these promo mechanics.
  7. The raffle prize is not convertible to cash, gift certificates, rewards or any other item. NOTIFICATION and CLAIMING

  1. RCBC Bankard will notify the raffle draw winners through a recorded phone call on or before May 25, 2018. During the recorded phone notification, the cardholder will be asked to provide his / her RCBC Bankard Credit Card, Tax Identification Number (TIN) and Registered AirAsia BIG Member ID. An email and registered mail letter will also be sent on or before May 31, 2018 to their registered email and billing address.
  2. The name of the winner shall be announced and posted on RCBC Bankard’s official website and Facebook page.
  3. The winning RCBC Bankard cardholder must be active and in good credit standing at the time of the raffle draw.
  4. The winner must confirm the crediting of prize to AirAsia BIG account from RCBC Bankard until July 31, 2018. RCBC Bankard will instruct AirAsia to credit the prize BIG points to the winner’s AirAsia BIG account only upon the notification from the winners. Otherwise, the prize shall be forfeited in favor of AirAsia upon approval of DTI.
  5. Name of the winner will be announced and may be published in leading newspapers and posted on RCBC Bankard’s official website and Facebook page.
