Win up to 10X of what you charge with your RCBC Bankard MasterCard!

Mechanics:

  1. Every P5,000 single-receipt purchase at any SM Department Store using RCBC Bankard MasterCard from April 15 to June 30, 2012 entitles the cardholder/ shopper to scratch card/s for a chance to win shopping money up to 10times of he/ she charges.Purchase of cellcards, phonecards, SM gift cheques or concert tickets at the Customer Service Counter is not entitled to scratch card/s.
  2. Scratch card/s may only be redeemed at the same branch where purchase was made.
  3. To claim the scratch card/s, cardholder will have to present an RCBC Bankard MasterCard, official receipt and surrender charge slip, at the redemption booth found at the SM Department Store’s lobby area.  Official receipt shall also be marked/ stamped “CLAIMED” and serial/control number of scratch card issued will also indicated on the receipt.
  4. Cardholder scrapes the card/s to view if he/she won a prize.
  5. Instantly, prize may be claimed by surrendering the winning scratch card/s and presenting an RCBC Bankard MasterCard charge slip and 1 valid government ID for final verification at the branch manager’s office of the SM Department Store where the scratch card/s was issued.
  6. Winner shall then be awarded with the corresponding SM Shopping Certificates equivalent to the scratch card/s value won.

  8. Winning cards will reveal the line:  Congratulations 10x, 2x and 1x Win.
    Non- winning cards will reveal the line. Thank you for shopping – with no corresponding prize amount. Tampering of scratch card/s will render it null and void.
  9. All prizes are not convertible to cash.
  10. Redemption of prize/s shall be until August 31, 2012 until store closing hours of the SM Department Store branch where scratch card was issued.
  11. SM Shopping Certificates will have a one time full redemption valid up to 60 days upon issuance. Prizes may instantly be used for shopping at the same SM Department Store Branch where he/she won.
  12. 20% tax for prizes exceeding of P10,000 shall be shouldered by SM Department Store.
  13. Only winning scratch cards with authenticated serial no. shall be honored.
    SM shall not replace lost scratch card/s and /or Shopping Certificates.
  14. By accepting the prizes, the winner agrees to hold SM Department Store and MasterCard free and not liable from any loss, injury, or damage caused by arising from his /her participation in the program or caused by arising from his/ her acceptance and/ or use of the prize.
  15. Employees of SM Department Store its retail affiliates, MasterCard Worldwide and their accredited advertising agencies and their families and relatives up to 2nd degree of consanguinity and affinity are disqualified form the participating promo.
