VNC Rewards Redemption

MECHANICS

  1. Promo period is from March 08 to June 30, 2012.
  2. This promo is open to all principal RCBC Bankard Classic, Gold, Diamond Card Platinum, Black Card Platinum, World MasterCard and Visa Infinite cardholders (except Landmark-Anson’s, LJC, Mango, Citrus, Sta. Lucia & Wilcon) who have at least 2,000 accumulated Rewards Points.
  3. RCBC Bankard cardholders may redeem vouchers in Php500 (2,000 points) and Php1,000 (4,000 points) denominations.
  4. To qualify for the rewards points redemption, the RCBC Bankard cardholder must be of good credit standing (no past due, no over-limit amount). The RCBC Bankard account must not be cancelled nor terminated by Bankard at the time of redemption.
  5. Qualified RCBC Bankard cardholders must call RCBC Bankard Customer Service at 888-1-888 (for Classic and Gold) or  RCBC Bankard Premium Card Service at  888-1-883 (for Diamond Card Platinum, Black Card Platinum,  World Card and Visa Infinite) from 8:00AM to 5:00PM to redeem points for the rewards voucher.
  6. The rewards voucher will be mailed to the billing address of the qualified principal cardholder.
  7. The rewards voucher can be used to redeem VNC Gift Certificates in the following branches: Alabang Town Center, Eastwood Mall, Glorietta 3, SM Mall of Asia, SM Megamall and Trinoma.
  8. If the total amount of VNC products purchased is lower than the value of the rewards voucher, no change will be given.
  9. If the total amount of VNC products purchased is greater than the value of the rewards voucher, then the difference would be charged to the cardholder’s RCBC Bankard credit card
  10. The VNC Gift Certificates can only be used in regular priced items and cannot be used in conjunction with other VNC promotions.
  11. Bankard Inc. is not obliged to replace misplaced, lost or stolen rewards vouchers.
  12. Rewards vouchers may not be converted to cash.
  13. Rewards vouchers are valid within one year from redemption.
