MECHANICS:

  1. Promo period is from May 12 to July 31, 2012.
  2. The promo is open to the following:
    • All Landmark-Anson’s RCBC Bankard MasterCard cardholders whose accounts are active and in good credit standing during the promo period.
    • For every Php1,000.00 in a single receipt transaction, straight or installment, made at any Landmark or Anson’s store using the Landmark-Anson’s RCBC Bankard MasterCard entitles cardholder to ONE (1) RAFFLE NUMBER.
    • Those who apply for a Landmark-Anson’s RCBC Bankard MasterCard (principal or supplementary card) within the promo period and who are subsequently approved earn ONE (1) RAFFLE NUMBER.
  1. All transactions made by the supplementary cardholder are qualified to earn raffle entries but credited to the Principal cardholder.
  2. All employees of RCBC, Bankard, Inc. and Landmark Anson’s, its affiliates and advertising agencies, and their relatives up to the second degree of affinity or consanguinity are not included in this promo.

 

Raffle Draw Prizes

  1. Raffle numbers will be electronically-generated.
  2. Cut-off date to earn the raffle number is at 12:00 midnight of July 31, 2012
  3. Ten (10) winners of Samsung Galaxy Tab 7.0 Plus will be drawn.  A cardholder can only win once during the draw.
  4. Electronic raffle draw will be held on August 8, 2012 at the Bankard Marketing Office, 30/F Robinsons-Equitable Tower,No. 4 ADB Avenue,OrtigasCenter,PasigCity, in the presence of representatives from the Department of Trade and Industry (DTI) and Bankard, Inc.
  5. Raffle prizes are transferable but not convertible to cash.
  6. Bankard, Inc. will shoulder all applicable taxes of the raffle prizes.

 

Notification and Claiming

  1. All raffle draw winners will be notified by phone and registered mail sent to their billing address.
  2. To claim, winners must present the winning Landmark-Anson’s RCBC Bankard MasterCard and a valid ID (Driver’s License, SSS, Passport or Company ID) at the Bankard Marketing Office, 30/F Robinson’sEquitableTower,No.4 ADB Avenue,OrtigasCenter,PasigCity. An authorized representative may be allowed to claim the prize on behalf of the winning cardholder provided he/she presents all the requirements previously mentioned including a valid ID and an authorization letter signed by the winning cardholder.
  3. The winner’s Landmark-Anson’s RCBC Bankard MasterCard account must be in active status at the time of the raffle draw and claiming of prize.
  4. Prizes not claimed within sixty (60) days from receipt of notification shall be forfeited in favor of Bankard, Inc. upon approval of DTI.
  5. Names and photos of winners may be published in newspapers and/or magazines of general circulation, posted on RCBC Bankard’s website and Facebook page, and announced at Landmark and Anson’s stores.
