RAFFLE PROMO MECHANICS:
1. The promotion period is from July 15, 2012 to September 15, 2012.
2. The promotion is open to all principal and supplementary cardholders (“Cardholder”) of RCBC Bankard MasterCard. Cardholers whose accounts are existing and of good for the duration of the promotion and the redemption period:

Every P2,000 single receipt RCBC Bankard MasterCard purchase of any of the following: fuel, liquefied petroleum gas (LPG) or lubricants at participating Petron stations, entitles the cardholder to one (1) electronic raffle entry (i.e. If single receipt is worth P4,000 customer is entitled to two (2) electronic raffle entries).
4. To join, cardholder must register by clicking the ‘Grand Prix’ application tab at the Petron Facebook page (www.facebook.com/PetronCorporation),fill out the following information and click submit:
• Cardholder Name
• Birthday
• Email Address
• Mobile Number
• Issuing Bank
• Last 4 Digits of RCBC Bankard MasterCard Card Number
• Approval Code
• Transaction Date
• Transaction Amount
5. The cardholder will receive an automatic e-mail reply with an electronic raffle number. The electronic raffle number will be randomly assigned for every entry of P2,000 single receipt purchase at participating Petron stations.
6. There will be three (3) minor draws and two (2) grand draws. A total of thirty (30) winners will win Petron Value Cards with pre-loaded points worth P10,000 each; forty (40) winners of the Grand Prix Races viewing parties; and a total of four (4) grand draw winners for the trip to Singapore and Abu Dhabi to watch the Grand Prix Races.
7. Winners of Petron Value Cards with pre-loaded points worth P10,000 each must first submit the prescribed personal information through an Application Form that Petron will provide for the purpose. Winners of the Grand Prix Races viewing parties will be entitled to bring three (3) guests each. Winners of the Grand Prix Races to Singapore or Abu Dhabi are entitled to bring one (1) guest each.
8. Non-winning entries will be included in succeeding minor and grand draws. A participant can only win once in the promotion. If drawn more than once in a draw date, he/she gets the prize of a higher value.
9. Each prize is transferable but not convertible to cash. 20% prize tax will be paid by Petron Corporation.
10. Winners will be determined via electronic raffle draw in the presence of a DTI representative.
11. MasterCard Asia/Pacific Pte Ltd reserves the right to verify the eligibility of the drawn entries (that is, the winners’ RCBC Bankard MasterCard accounts must be existing and in good standing for the duration of the Promotion Period and the redemption period).
12. MasterCard Asia/Pacific Pte Ltd reserves the right, in concurrence with DTI, to reject a participant if he/she is unable to satisfy the conditions set out in these terms and conditions.
13. Winners will be notified through registered mail, phone and announced in general circulation (i.e. newspaper and website) and contacted for confirmation and instructions on how to claim their prizes.
14. The period during which the prizes can be claimed is sixty (60) days from the receipt of notice via registered mail. Prizes not claimed within this 60-day period will be forfeited upon approval from DTI.
15. Winners must allow at least 10 business days for the booking agency to confirm the availability of flight and hotel bookings.
16. Winners must present 2 valid IDs along with the winning credit card and the statement of account and the registered notice from Petron that he/she has won.
17. All winners of the prizes and any designated companions shall be responsible for their travel documents, and other travel related expenses, including changes of confirmed bookings. Without prejudice to the foregoing, all out-of-pocket expenses, spending money, meals, travel expenses, visas, travel insurance and all other ancillary costs and expenses are the responsibility of and shall be borne by each winner and his/her companion, except where specifically stated otherwise in these terms and conditions.
18. Each winner must allow the use of his/her name or picture in Marketing Communication materials related to the promo.
19. This promo is valid for participants 18 years old and above, Filipino Citizen / must have a valid Philippine passport.
20. Employees of Petron Corporation, Dealers and Distributors, MasterCard Asia/Pacific Pte Ltd, MasterCard International Philippines, Inc., Business Mirror, its promoting agency, advertising agency, and their relatives up to the second degree of consanguinity or affinity are disqualified from joining the promotion.
